Product Availability and Refunds

Each Orixa by V. Thibes collection is produced in limited quantities. We cannot guarantee restock or availability once an item sells out.

If your order does not fit properly and the item is no longer available in the desired size or style, a refund will be issued, provided that:

• The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  
  

• The product is in unused and good condition.
  
  

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

Product Features and Safety Notice

Our bikinis are handcrafted and may include beads, conch shells, and other embellishments. Due to the nature of these delicate details:

• Straps and accessories should be handled with care.
  
  

• Small detachable parts can pose a choking hazard for children. Please keep items out of reach of children and supervise their handling.

Payments for online orders are securely processed through our e-commerce platform. Once we begin selling in physical retail stores, payments will also be accepted via card machines.

• Excessive lotions and sunscreen may alter the stretch and quality of the item over time. Please be mindful of application.

All visual content is original. Orixa by V. Thibes has written consent from all models featured in our campaigns.
