PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during holidays, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may be extended slightly due to increased order volume.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA):
We offer Standard Shipping via USPS or UPS, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days after processing and Express Shipping with delivery typically taking 1–2 business days

•    Standard Shipping (USA): Flat rate of $8.99

•    Express Shipping (USA): Flat rate of $12.00

•    Free Shipping: Orders over $200 (before tax)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@orixabyvthibes.com.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Orixa by Thibes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.
