RETURNS:
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit only. We do not offer refunds. Store credits will be issued via email in the form of a gift card, which can be used on any future purchase at orixabythibes.com.
All returned items must:
• Be unworn and unwashed
• Have all original tags attached
• Include the hygienic liner (for all bikini bottoms and one-pieces)
Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on discounted merchandise.
HOW TO RETURN:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EXCHANGES:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Email photos and your order number to support@orixabyvthibes.com and we will address the issue promptly.
